Job Description

Position Overview:

  • Provides the overall administrative support to all wholesale accounts and general administrative support to Sales Manager. Also provides support to Retail Buying team during Market.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Seasonal Order Entry in ATOM for Wholesale Accounts & Concessions doors
  • Seasonal Order Entry in ABM for Retail stores & ECOM
  • Order Entry of all Outlet Production orders upon requests
  • Responsible to execute the process on Cross Channel requests – includes transfer, invoicing and returns
  • Monthly Replenishment Orders including “Start-up” order received by planning dept
  • Order Entry for all DSA seasonal uniform orders
  • Order Entry of daily “special orders” requests
  • Overall organization & maintenance of USA order portfolio includes changes & cancellations
  • Provide accounts with product delivery flow information, weekly releases, delays and daily stock availability
  • Daily communication with customers, Wholesale Sales Team & Operations
  • Sales Support - all aspects
  • Ensuring correct processing of RTV requests
  • Assisting accounts with delivery information and availability inquiries
  • Assisting with sample check-in
  • Assisting in showroom with accounts and Sales Managers (upon availability)
  • Maintaining organized samples in showroom during Market
  • Overseeing the receiving of all Catalog samples in NY office for accounts
  • Assisting in the set-up of our Account Events during the year
  • Daily communication with GA Spa Customer Service regarding shipping including Press samples
  • Trim Requests (button, zippers, etc) to GA Spa customer service upon request
  • Creating and sending Seasonal Order Confirmations to customers after each Market
  • Internal Transfers from Warehouse to GA Corp office upon requests

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

  • Computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • College degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Must possess strong organization and time management skills
  • Must be systems oriented and a quick learner of new systems
  • Must be resourceful and detail oriented
